As an innovator and leader of the scene, success for M.I.K.E. the DJ has followed a similar path to the top, entering the DJ Magazine Top 100 poll in 2003 at #50 and not looking back since. M.I.K.E. is a genre defying genius, fusing the best of trance with electro, techno and everything good in between to create inspirational, educational, entertaining and cutting edge dance that’s blurring musical divisions and once again bringing dance fans and DJs together on a global scale. Over the years M.I.K.E. has produced timeless trance anthems such as 'Universal Nation', 'Strange World' and 'The Legacy' and under his Push guise, while his Plastic Boy alter ego has spawned equally euphoric classics including 'Silver Bath' and 'Live Another Life'. During this period M.I.K.E. has won numerous awards such as 'Best Single' and 'Best Dance Producer', entering the UK National Top 40 Chart on 6 occasions, and has also remixed tracks for artists as diverse as Sinead O’Connor, Mauro Picotto, Moby and Ian Van Dahl. Recent release highlights include the progressive trance bomb 'Into The Danger', the hard hitting tech trance collaborations 'Intruder' and 'Pound' with Armin van Buuren, plus the current electro edged trance monster 'Salvation' and the 'Back To Reality' and '3Gether' tracks under his new Ahead guise on A State Of Trance. Incredibly, M.I.K.E. is simultaneously making massive waves in the techno scene with his new project Atractiva 'Mi Manera' getting huge playlist support from the likes of Carl Cox and Dave Clarke amongst others, while his new solo single 'Changes R Good' looks set to rock the electro and trance worlds when released on Armada in February 2007  With M.I.K.E. having been at the forefront of the trance revolution for over a decade, it goes without saying that his DJ profile, gig schedule and fan base are up there with the biggest names in global dance. M.I.K.E. has been busy delivering cutting-edge, roof-raising DJ sets on the biggest stages around the globe, whether it be festivals such as Two Tribes in Australia and New Zealand, the Mysteryland, Dance Valley, Sensation and Tranmission festivals and Berlin and Zurich Street Parades in Europe, Gatecrasher, Gallery and Planet Love in the UK, Eden in Ibiza, Spundae and Guvernment in North America, plus he's taken his spectacular Live Show to the main stage of leading events such as the recent Trance Energy Festival. Aside from his prolific output of new singles and remixes for virtually every leading label, summer 2006 saw the European release of the long awaited M.I.K.E. artist album 'The Perfect Blend' on Armada, showcasing past, present and future M.I.K.E. classics on a 2 x CD masterpiece.
