TheTranceArena.com website content & articles Most of the articles published on TheTranceArena.com are supplied by third-party organisations that we work in partnership with (such as record labels, clubbing brands, music stores, DJ's and/or their agencies, etc). TheTranceArena.com discussion forums Our discussion forums are an ideal way for our members to discuss many topics and are usually a trouble-free and friendly way to communicate with other people - either to find out information, to share information, or to just enjoy some friendly banter on a regular basis. Unfortunately, due to the 'real-time' format in which forums work, they can sometimes be prone to abuse. To minimise the problems that can happen on forums, TheTranceArena.com have some strict operating rules in place that its members have to follow (these are sent out in an automatically generated email when they join). The Forum rules are clearly listed, and if any member breaches those rules, then he/she will be warned and/or banned. We have a dedicated team of forum moderators that are very trustworthy and reliable. Their job is to help maintain the forums so that they are a pleasurable, friendly and an informative part of TheTranceArena.com. Moderators have features that regular members don't have - and they have the authorisation to delete, edit and close abusive or offensive threads as soon as they are reported by members, or spotted in person by one of our moderators. They also have the power to suspend and/or ban members which they feel are abusive and of no benefit to our friendly forums. If anyone must post topics and/or pictures of men/woman, they are asked to keep them in good taste and to remember that we have members of all ages, races and sexes using our Forums. Under no circumstances must members post any text or messages that are Sexually-orientated, vulgar, obscene, abusive, threatening or contain swearing. This service is provided by a third-party company, and we recieve a small commission for every track or album sold. All of our MP3 shop downloads are protected under copyright law, and must not be shared illegally under no circumstances. All of the customers which use our MP3 store must use it in the understanding that we are not responsible for their store account. We have no access to their customer accounts, credit/debit card details, bank details, or any other personal details they supplied when joining our MP3 store. In the unlikely event that they experience any problems with our MP3 download store, they can contact our third-party partner directly so that they can investigate the issue. TheTranceArena.com merchandise store TheTranceArena.com offers a merchandise store so that our members (or guests) can buy products with our unique logo. This service is provided by a third-party company, and we recieve a small fee for each item sold. In the unlikely event that they experience any problems with our merchandise store, they can contact our third-party partner directly so that they can investigate the issue. These terms are not controlled by TheTranceArena.com at all. 5. TheTranceArena.com competitions Occasionally, we may offer competitions for our members to enter should they choose to. The prizes on offer are always clearly stated, along with the entry requirements. Only registered members on the site are entitled to enter our competitions. Most of the time, the competitions we offer are run solely by us - we send out the prizes by post to the winners, however, there may be times where third-party companies, such as clubbing brands, offer us prizes which they deal with directly (for example, we may offer a competition to attend a club night - and the prize will be guestlist entry, rather than an actual ticket). We cannot take responsibility for a rare occasion when one of our partners that was organizing the competition for us makes a mistake (such as forgetting to add the winners to the guestlist). WInners travel to the events at their own risk. We cannot reimburse anyone that couldn't gain entry to the event due to a mistake by our partners. Winners go to the event at their own risk.
